Hi WW

Why is there different q-factors at the XX chainset?
And what does it mean, what is the difference?

The 166 will have your pedals 10mm further apart than the 156. Some like the narrower width, but be aware that the 156 does not fit some frames. The SRAM tech site has info on how to measure your frame.
