Does anyone know a good mail order source in europe for a good quality low value 0-10nm torque wrench. They are virtually impossible to get in local shops in Ireland.

This is a contradiction in terms. Good quality does not come cheap. If you are going to fix your own bike, you can't afford to torque it to the wrong level with a K Mart special. Spend the bit extra.

Thanks for advice guys. No contradiction implied big fellow - I was referring to torque values not "vallue" in the "for money" sense. I have a normal torque wrench for BBs etc.

I bought one off eBay just last week with a "buy it now". Made made Cyclo Tools and for torques of 2-24 Nm. Here's a link to an online retailer that carries the same product (but sells it for more than I picked it up).
