Cervelo's are made in China.
Time-France

Colnago-Italy and Taiwan
Giant-Taiwan and china
IF-USA(they use reynolds carbon)
Seven-USA
Trek-USA-but the tubing is made in Utah by Maclean(reynolds)
BMC-Swiss
Kestrel(now Fuji)-Taiwan
Aegis-USA
Corima-France
Lotus Sport-South Africa
Guru-Canada and Taiwan
Scott-Taiwan
Agron 18-Taiwan
Calfee-USA
Parlee-USA-they use reynolds carbon tubing
Cannondale-Taiwan(not the us)

Gary Fisher-Trek and some in China by Giant
LeMond-Trek
Many of these companies will finish the frames in the US and if they do a certain percentage of labor in the US, they can claim, Made in the US of foreign and domestic components. Raleigh did this in the US for MANY MANY years! The frame were made in Taiwan and sent to the US where they were finished(painted and assembled). They claimed US made until dealers were getting in trouble for saying, US made.
Just my 2 cents.
Cannondale makes carbon in USA but not all their stuff is made in house.
Scalpel, Super Six and System Six are bladder molded in PA.

Look and Time are becoming very unique in that both the frame and forks are made in Tunisia and France, respectively.
Except for the look 555. Time showed a very similar frame at eurobike that one would suspect is asian made.

Was just reading an article on the latest Dogma FPX. It's the only frame still made in Italy by Pinarello, due to the magnesium welding.
The last I heard on DeRosas was the Avant was made in Taiwan and the cosmetic layer of 3K laid out in Japan by Mizuno. I've seen this bike in LBSs in Japan and it has the most flawless layout of 3K I've seen! It's their cheapest frame too (still around $2000 though).
Supposedly only the 2-3 lowest end models of Colnagos are made in Taiwan, but it's really hard to track this kind of stuff, although they are pretty honest with their labeling. And things change yearly. So are the rest of the DeRosas still made in Italy? You can see the writing on the wall . . .
Cinelli and Deda components are pretty much being made in the Far East now. I hear Campy is making stuff in Romania.
Ridleys used to claim to be made in Belgium, but I saw a 2008 Noah in an LBS over the weekend and now it says: 'Designed in Belgium' so you know where it's made.

Someone mentioned the Parlee's using Reynolds tubing. My understanding is that Parlee use Edge tubing.

I just noticed that the only brand that is made in China, and not by Giant, is the Cervelo!
Does this mean the Cervelo might be made by Giant too?
I'm starting a rumour so i feel like my Giant is closer to a Cervelo

Let the pissing contest continue! I've added my two cents. Don't have any illusions all that many carbon frames are actually made in Taiwan. Tai Chung City is directly across the straight from one of the major manufacturing sites for composites in China. Coincidence? I think not.

Cervelo is not made by Giant and there are many other top-tier frames made in China -not by Giant.
