I don't think that's 10 speed, as opposed to 11 speed or 9 speed. I think that's 10 speed, as in 10 total, i.e., 2 front by 5 rear, and what such bikes were called back in the '70s when road biking, and "10 speeds", dramatically increased in popularity. Some people still refer to all such bikes as 10 speeds.

Meanwhile, in Italy, you see things like this on road railings:
"Marco, you will always live in our hearts"

Yes, it is a common sight on most of the climbs...like: " Pantani X sempre"
"Smart may have the answers, but stupid have all the interesting questions."

Was a joke guys. Dry humour doesn't translate well through text... or it just wasn't funny

Few from the mountain:

Started the ride by going up:

New bars and saddle:

Then I went down, and decided to take the scenic route back. The beach. I love southern CA.

It was. Surprisingly warm on Sunday morning and I had way too many clothes on. I did it twice for the first time ever.

Superb shots Jmilliron. We have that kind of light (as long as the weather isn't balls) at 2:30pm here - curse the clock change.
