I just recieved my new custom titanium singlespeed frame from Phil Wood.
Its built by Independent Fabrication out of 3/2.5 titanium tubing with custom machined ti 6/4 vertical dropouts.
Full custom geometry and only 1 of 32 made. Mine is number 30. Its all in celebration of Phil Woods 32nd year anniversary.
The disc only frame weighs in at 1530g including the DKG seat clamp and the 4 aluminium water bottle bolts. Add on the EBB shell and BB and it comes in at 1865g. I'm going to get the EBB shell drilled out by Jeff Jones at some point. This should hopefully save around 50 grams.
To say I'm impressed by Phil Wood and IF is an understatement. These guys and gals know exactly what they are doing. Now if only Chris King would sort themselves out  damn nice singlespeed hubs I just need to be more patient!
The projected weight for the bike should be around 21 lbs. Not super light but its going to be a rock steady build for my 175lbs.
Pics attached.

Very nice build quality, as is to be expected from IF.
Enjoy it
The seat collar is the same make as on my Moots. The whole frame quality reminds me of Moots anyhow.

Two great bike builders.

Out of my delayed build frustration I've added a couple more pics.

First is the whole bike on the scales. Not a bad weight at 1865g/4.1pounds.

Second and third are with the headset installed. Looking nice I think.

Very nice, as everyone has already said.

Might we see your build list?

Sure, its more or less the following:

Fox F80X fork.
White Industries ENO cranks.
Crank Bros. Candy pedals.
Magura Marta disc brakes.
CK SS wheelset.
Fizik saddle.
Thomson seatpost and stem.
Titec riser bars.

Thats pretty much it. I have everything bar the hubs

A saving of 26g once the shell is drilled! Thanks to Brent at Phil Wood.

More pictures to follow once I get it installed.
