11.5 kg!?
I would have expected a bit less.
In 2018, I built up a Lux CF, based on the previous generation frame. It was 9.76 kg (~20.52 lbs) with pedals installed.
2018 Lux CF Frame (bullet blue)
Acros 29 XC Carbon wheelset
Fox 32 SC (MY 2017) remote fork
PRC 30.9x400mm carbon seatpost
Selle Italia SLR carbon saddle
Magura MT8 brakes + 160mm Storm SL.2 (on the pic, rear brake rotor was a Hayes 160mm one as far as I remember, similar weight like Storm SLs, ~92g/rotor)
XTR crankset (tuned with Stages Gen.2 power meter) + 32t oval AbsoluteBlack chainring
Sram XG-1195 (10-42t) cog
2.25 Rocket Ron SnakeSkin at front + 2.1 Maxxis Aspen 2C EXO at rear + 2x ~70ml sealant
Syntace F149 (tuned with Syntace Ti screws)
PRC Carbon 711mm handlebar (122 grams only)
Ritchey Superlogic grips (~11 grams)
I'm so angry to myself why I sold it 2 years ago, it was a really lovely bike. ;(
So now, I'm thinking on ordering it'se successor, a new Lux CFR. However, still not decided though whether I'll go for the XTR or the XX1 version (10 kg and 9.8 kg, no big difference).

I think changing the 2.35 wide tires to e.g. Raching Ray 2.25 + Thunder Burt 2.25 could remove ~200-250 grams at least. Ritchey Superlogic grips + some r2bike weight weenie wheelset could reduce the weight even further.
