Not in this case, no. Look at the difference between the BB386/BBright unit and the pure BBRight unit posted above. The pure BBright unit simply has the 11mm spacer built into it by way of putting the DS bearing outboard of the frame. Whether you use a dedicated BBRight unit, a BB386 unit + DS spacer or even plain old individual PF30 bearings + spacer the crank itself ends up in exactly the same place.
