Just to add one more detail about the fork. The Domane fork has an integrated carbon crown race which means you can forgo the metal crown race. In my instance I didn't need the CK crown race which is a boat anchor. The Moots fork requires one so you need to add back the weight of the crown race for a true apples-to-apples fork weight comparison.

I was planning on converting this bike to 12s mechanical and the other bike to SR EPS 12. I have EPS 12 coming in a few days but I'm not sure I'm going forward with putting it on the Crux. Anyway, I went ahead and installed Campy SR on it last night. Obligatory scale shots:

These RDs are fat:

Chain was 220g after trimming and sized by 39x11:

Went iLinks despite my better judgement. Shift housing ended up being 12g installed:

Setting up bars in the stand helps a lot:

Got a little ahead of myself and pressed send before I added the build shots:

Very smart indeed. How was the edco cassette on the road?

I just wanted something different. My intent is to have one bike set up with mechanical and one with EPS. Since the T3 has permanently attached stops it made sense for the T3 to get the mechanical groupset.

The Edco cassette seems to be spaced for Shimano 12s and not Campy. SRAM and Campy seem to be spaced nearly identically (12s). I could not get the Edco cassette to not overshift or make noise with Campy (tried KMC and M9100 chains which were much better than the SR12 chain). I ran an AXS cassette with Campy and that shifted spot on. I am happy with the shift performance of the Edco cassette with 9200 though.

I'm surprised that your T3 has permanent shift cable stops, mine does not. I bought my frame directly from Litespeed and it included small plastic plugs to put in the head tube once the shift cable stops were removed. I did have to take off my fork to get the screws for the cable stops off the bike and then put in the plastic plugs.

Primary changes are TRP 979sl brakes, compact SRM, and AXS 10-28 cassette. Sitting at 6.5kg right now (with frame pump and computer mount).

It's been awhile since I've had new tires so here's an update with a second set of XXX2 and back on eTap at 6,379g (including frame pump):

What shifter/brake cables are you using on the Campy setup?

I was using iLinks which work well. You need to get the special version for Campy otherwise the brake cables get lodged into the shifter and refuse to come out.

I saw that you used the Shimano housing when you were running 9100 mechanical. Have you ever tried the iLinks with R9100 shifting and braking?
