I’m always intrigued by titanium frames.
And finally, a dream come true..
A custom De Rosa Titanio 3.25 (my first ever De Rosa :lol: ) in traditional geometry, of course!!

As for the built, nothing is certain at the moment, less the cockpit, headset, saddle, seatpost and pedals.
Still considering which route should I take, hmm..
Should I go crazy with some weightweenie components (AX, THM etc), stay with the tried and true (aka Campy SR11 pre 2015), or go modern with Campy SR 2015? Or a mix of everything??

Feel free to comment or give some suggestions.
Cheers!

I think this would look great with new Campy and "non-exotic" parts. Just something high end from Deda, 3t, etc.... Anyways, can't wait to see this. You always do great work.

I'd do modern SR11 with Bora 35/ Do you have the frame yet ? If so we need better pics !

In no particular order.

@erik,
lol..I'm still undecided on the components unfortunately, in addition there are no ITA cups in stock!
anyway, it's going to be a slow built for now.

@GooseNest,
Unfortunately no Deda nor 3T, will stick to my preferred cockpit consisting of ... :mrgreen:

@audiophilitis, Calnago, LionelB,
2015 Campy?? :faint:

Who's building their Ti frames now that Doriano has left to build in his own right?

This is going to be a great thread.... So much potential and variations to how you can build up the bike.... I like the idea over mechanical Campy.... I had initially thought some WW parts would be fitting, however the frame isn't that light to begin with.... nonetheless, it'll be one spectacular bike....
THE PAST: 2005 C'dale R700, 2006 Spesh S-Works Tarmac Gerolsteiner, 2009 Pinarello Dogma FPX My Way, 2011 Time RXR VIP

THE PRESENT: 2016 Colnago C60 ST01, 2017 Wilier Cento 10 Ramato, Cinelli Gazetta

THE FUTURE: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I vote SR with some WW touches. Brakes, saddle, pedals and skewers WW.
