Those are the same design, difference is the one is steel, the other aluminum. Powertaps come stock with aluminum. Steel will prevent your cogs from biting into the body, though is heavier.

Cool, just checking, don't know how closely affiliated Novatec/Kinlin etc are. Think I'll go steel, it's a trainging wheelset after all.
