Still quite heavy, but I'm planning on replacing the seatpost with a 3T Dorico Stealth and maybe mounting some lighter brakes. Together with lighter tires in summer/spring a total weight of around 7.4-7.5 kg shouldn't be a problem, and sub-7 kg should also be possible with a lighter cassette and a lighter saddle (though my bottom really likes this one).
I like your ideas for improvement, that stock seatpost is monstrously heavy.
Also the brakes.
Seatpost clamp is 25g, cheap weight loss opportunity there.
I easily took 10 grams off the Rival rear der with some minor bolt tuning.
I think the stock bottle cage bolts are steel as well. Alloy will shave a few grams for almost zero money.
Cable guide bolt along the bb shell is steel as well.
I saved 6 grams by switching to a lighter dustcap on the headset.
It's surprising how similar your build is to mine!
It really is a great frame though.
Are the wheels real ENVE CF clinchers?
You can reduce the weight of the rival RD/FD with a far&near tuning kit. Anodized main pivot, Al pulleys, and replace every bolt/screw. Would look cool with a black set, or even rid if you want to start adding colour.
Yes I have these tuning kits in my store.......
If you want to save weight then clearly the seat post will get you a fair bit. Tires for summer as well. I want to get seat post clamps for the store but don't have them yet, but I do have 42 gram Ti axle QRs. How much do the edco QRs weigh?
I'd loose the SRAM cassette and chain. They don't shift as well as Shimano cassettes. Then either go a Dura Ace chain (or Yaban- guess where you can get them...)
Is there a lighter version of the saddle you are using? Frankly you are better staying with a saddle you like than risking going lighter and getting a shape that no longer suits you.
If you go red for the seat post clamp, QRs, and tuning kit, then red cables would look neat with black housings. Then also some red hoods. Not for weight weenie reasons-just because it would look cool.
other wise i totally approve
