Love this build! That is the best color scheme they offer, imho.

You must be joking... the XXXlite 2013 is a veeeeeeery stiff stem (it's like a brick as we say in Greece ), one of the best choices... and nice bike too!
Its the best colourway available on the new Madone IMO, although naturally i'm a little biased...
And to anyone questioning the Bontrager brakes they work just fine, i suspect they are a little lardy though so am toying with the idea of getting a set of the Dura-ace on mine to replace them. But their performance isn't in question. The purists probably wouldn't approve of that with a campag build though, if you choose that route as well!
Did you get chance to weigh the bare frame before building it? I didn't as the LBS had finished it before i got a chance to go around with the scales and i'm curious to know so i can work out what sort of overall weight is realistically achievable.
Enjoy it, its a nice looking bike that rides well too.
As many of you mentioned at the beginning I was also confused to put Trek and Campy together but now I can honestly say that I love the look...now I just have to get used by the functionality (as I have always been riding with Shimano)
About the weight of the frame...with fork and headset the weight was a bit over 1,7kg
