Crap day on the bike.. first TT then mass start later on. Some stomach troubles left me with a bit less energy than desired, but managed to get some great training :-)


Somewhat dissatisfied with being in a slow group behind the peloton..

Haha :-) Yeah, I smothered them in some of Morgan Blue's finest embrocation.

Weekend of racing at Manion's Cyclocross Race; it was my CAT3 debut. I got 3rd on Saturday and 4th on Sunday ... not bad.

Yeah, it's petty much dirt, sand and rocks for us all year. I think I've done one muddy race in the previous two seasons.
