Altitude training-tent or altitude controlled room?

A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

Jonathon and Ross do some very good work indeed and their blog/articles are always worth a read. Their stuff about hydration and thermal stress etc is very interesting.

FWIW, I have read the exact same things about altitude training as they detailed in the link, in short some are responders and some are not, the gains are marginal but sometimes you need that 0.1 sec - just look at the recent Track World Cup!
