Red FD works fine with 46/33 rings on the Crux, you can see mine with that setup a few pages back.

one important thing I learned: apparently sram makes two different bolt designs for their 2x 104bcd cranks, and I initially used a bolt with a taller head. Damaged the frame during a sprint workout (I think this is why the same bolt hit every time, and I ride a 61cm so it's gotta be the least stiff Crux), but no damage worse than chain suck.

I've gotten 1000 miles and a couple races with no issues since using the lower profile bolts I found. I'm going to a 1 piece Force PM to get a bit more clearance. In any case, 2x limits you to 40mm tires or so because of the AXS battery, and bolts aside, I wouldn't run 2x in a muddy environment because the 33t only has about 3mm of clearance on mine.

Awesome. You have a SRAM Force 2X setup on the 58cm? Any issues fitting that? What are you running on the back?

Yes, Red cranks with Force 46-33 chainring. No issues at all. In the back there's a Red 10-33 cassette.

The other one has a Force wide 43-30 crankset (Red coming soon ) with a 10-36 cassette, really nice climbing setup.

I'm not quite sure I understand your question but happy to take more pics if you tell me what you're looking for. The cockpit fits the shape and design of the frame really well IMO, I'm happier than I expected.

How much clearence did you have when it happened?

I'll toss my hat in the ring... I was able to source a frameset for this colorway, which meant that I wasn't obligated to buy the Sram build and swap it out for my GRX Di2 setup. I was a little leery of the warnings from Specialized regarding the crank/chainring compatability, but even with my P2Max spider, the EC90 Cranks and 48/31 chainrings clear just fine, and shift great. Tire clearance isn't impacted at all, as the derailleur never gets inboard of the chainstay. The build was really easy, as is to be expected with Specialized, regarding their tolerances and finish quality.

Thrilled with the pretty effortless weight of 7.9kg/17.48lbs as shown with a rather heavy 11-36 cassette, and some old 105 pedals...

Wheels are from BTLOS, 45mm deep, with 25mm hookless internal width. DT 350 hubs. Tires shown were 40mm Terra Speeds and bars were Pro PLT Ergo Carbon 38cms with a 110 x -17 S-Works SL stem. I've changed a bit up since then; tires, bars, seatpost, crankset...

That's because the "gloss birch" is a 2024 frame. The Crux had the same colors for 2022 and 2023 model years due to supply chain issues, and the 2024 model years got the new revised colors.
