Lightweight seatpost for gravel?
Moderator: Moderator Team
Anyone using a Darimo post on their gravel build? I want something light but also set and forget. I like my Darimo post on the road bike but I have to keep my eye on it from coming loose. I use blue loctite but still have to re torque it from time to time.

Well if you have to do that it's a pretty shit seatpost. However, they do look nice.
Even an Elita one at 110g in 31.6 doesn't slip or need to be messed with and that's a £20 seatpost on a hack bike.

I've been using a Darimo (31.6) for awhile now.. no issues, no slipping

+1 for elita one seatpost.
I have it on my gravel bike with zero slippage.

Hope do one with 15mm layback. 185 grams. I've not used it. They say it's strong enough for downhill. https://www.hopetech.com/products/acces ... seat-post/
