Well If I can choose I would prefer to get some different colour as it will make me feel that I have new bike again.

And 2021 team replica is fine.
I also like 2020 ultegra di2 hi mod, the black/white combo.

I don't like the 2021 ultegra hi mod in red much.

Hello guys.
I have this on right side of my headtube, the paintwork is peeling off here.

It should be covered by warranty. "Paint and Decals: One year from original retail purchase."

I have contacted lbs, they told me to bring it and they will send it to distributor. I will do that soon most probably, unless you tell me there is no chance of getting replacement.

Can you guys share with me your experience?

1) is there probability of getting new frameset on RMA?

2) i bought the bike as ultegra kit, but replaced for sram red etap, i hope they won't have any problem with that

3) my frameset is 2020 team replica rapha / if i get new frameset, will they

a) find exact same 2020 team replica
b) replace with 2021 team replica
c) offer me some other hi-mod frameset
d) try to fucc me up with standard mod frameset?
That looks like damage caused by hitting the internal stops when steering (to stop the handlebars turning too far and destroying the internally routed cables). Not sure if that'll be covered under warranty, but if it is I agree, the service is usually a good one. If it's not, I'm fairly sure the damage is only cosmetic and wouldn't make it unsafe to ride.

Interesting, but that stop is built on inner side of headtube, so this obviously stressed the paintwork enough to peel.

So basically, you just fancy a new bike? :noidea:

If you have to draw a circle around the 'damage' in the pic then I think that says that it's not that bad...

Where'd you get this spacer?
From a Cannondale rep. I haven't seen any official word on this issue, but given it's so easy to fix I'm not all that bothered... Not sure from their position why not make that announcement :noidea:
Ya mine is slowly getting worse, i mean it’s just a surface scratch, but kinda makes me angry that it’s acceptable to slowly saw away at the clear coat on a $7kUSD bike.

That video makes it look like impact damage. I’d avoid using that as “proof”; won’t help your cause.

Come on, that is barely noticable. Would be very generous if you get a new frame for that. If you've lost interest in your current paint scheme then why not go custom.

That must be some vulnerable place, look at Simon Clarke bike.
LBS is in discussion with distributor. Waiting for insights.

What is the length of the flat mount caliper bolts needed for the rear brake for a Shimano brake on the supersix?

Whatever comes stock with Shimano calipers... at least that was the case with my DA 9100 brakes, for a 140mm rotor of course.

For 140mm rear rotor, Shimano stock bolts work fine.
