I am very happy with it so far; its definitely a quiver killer for me!... I had a 48cm Aspero but never got comfortable on it as I felt to big over the bike..

Future WW goal is to get it to below 7.2KG/ 16Lbs.

I am thinking changes/ upgrades are as follows:
Farsport wheels sub 1250grams
Lighter 25/28mm Tubeless tires
Lighter compression nut
Lighter bar tape
Lighter Wahoo mount

If you have any suggestions or recommendations I am all ears :)

Titanium axles for the pedals, lighter seatpost clamp, garbaruk chainring, xtr rotors, and a lighter saddle are the cheap/easy ones I spotted. Everything else would get expensive.

Quick question - what type of riding do you do with this bike? I'm guessing it's more of an all road setup given the gearing and tire choice instead of gravel.

Thank you for the suggestions.. I will look into them.. However, who makes a lighter seatpost clamp that fits the Aspero?

Yes this is my everything bike right now.. I have 2 wheelsets:

Road mode:

EC90SL Wheels with soon to be Panaracer Race tubless once they are in stock and will drop 100 grams for the pair compared to the GK Slicks in 32mm

Lite Gravel Mode:
44t CR w/ 10/36 cassette
EC90AX wheels with GK SK 38mm
SpeedPlay SYZR Pedals

Heavy Gravel Mode:
40t CR 10/36 Cassette
EC90AX wheels with GK SK 38mm

Yep they sure do.. I dont know why, but people never mention that GK tubeless tires are the lightest per size across all the ranges compared to nearly every brand.

My GK Sk 38mm Tan sidewalls weigh 858g pair.. For comparision I have a pair of Strada Bianca 36mm Slicks and they weigh 878g a pair

Saddle is pretty heavy. You could pick up something fairly inexpensive around the 100g mark.

There are plenty of chinese ebay jobbies that would do the trick.

Saevid are very reasonable and very light. Berk were doing some 20% discount thing not that long ago which made the Lupina/List a good price. I just picked up a San Marco Mantra Superleggera for £158.99 (114g)

Depending on your DIY skills, you could pick up a second hand Selle Italia SLR carbonio/flow and strip the padding.

If you want to drop some weight and stay with slick 38's, the RH Barlow Pass EL's are 700g for the pair (reported)

Sweet Ill have to check them out..
I will update this post as I got the Aspero down to 7.3KG in All Road mode with 32mm GK Slicks. So I am getting close to breaking 7KG.. I think it will be hard to break 7kg with 38mm tires in gravel mode.. That will require some super lite wheels..
