Hi,
i'm planing new bike build and looking for disk brake frameset under 2k Eu...
frame size: reach 364-372, stack 515-530
I would be really happy if I could get all bike around 7,5kg (including pedals - 280gr).
At the moment I can find in Europe only Pinarello gan disk frames with good discount, but there is no real weight for that frameset, i guess it will be around 1,8kg with seatpost and by all calculations not sure is it possible to get bike around 7.5kg with that frameset.

groupset will be mix of campy sr/r/chorus 12speed mechanical.
wheelset: trying to decide between lightbicycle ar35 and bora one 35... price almost the same, Bora for me is most beatiful wheels, but comparing with lightbicycle they adds 200gr to the bike...

Get a well maintained used one (<10k km on a carbon frame is nothing), a lot of deals can be found.
Ex-bikes: Cube Aerium C68 SLT 2018 / Cervelo S5 2015 / Felt AR FRD 2014 / Cannondale SS HM 2014 / Scott Addict SL 2014 / Scott Plasma Premium 2014 / Orbea Orca 2008 / Look 596

for rim brake framesets - yes, there are a lot of nice and good deals, but I can't say the same about disk brake framesets...

You can get a Cinelli Superstar for ~$1500 USD.

This was built up with a H11/Chorus disc system and comes in at 7.34 kg.

At the same time, the Giant TCR is a great bike and you most likely will get much better customer service from Giant than you would ever get from Cinelli.

good option, but giant geometry doesn't work very well for me, i'm looking at frame size with reach around 364-372, stack 515-530

The price is well within your budget at 1599EU

This isn't the most recent Addict RC Disc frame, but the old frame was still very good and can easily be built up to be less than 7.5KG. No integration means you can use whatever stem, seatpost, handlebar etc you want. I'm not sure about the campy compatibility though.

Edit: Maybe it won't work because the reach is a bit longer than you're looking for: 384mm for size 52.

Worth having a look on merlincycles.com - they always seem to have frames at ridiculous prices!

Sounds like weight is particularly important to you, as is the budget, so IMO you'd be more likely to satisfy these criteria on a rim brake frame.

Those are really short numbers. Can I ask how tall you are?

You can find lots of 2018/19/20 frames on discount for that price. A Cervelo R3 (1800-1900ish) or R5 (2000-2100ish) should be possible if you search well.

If you're set on one color/frame/size it usually pays if you call around a few local dealers and ask them their lowest price. If it's a 2019 model, they are usually very willing to sell it cheap to you. From my experience it doesn't take more than 2-3 calls until you find what you need.

Those are really short numbers, well below most manufactures XS size. Can I ask how tall you are?

Cannondale SuperSix Evo 105 build (2020 or 2021) size 48. geometry: https://geometrygeeks.bike/bike/cannond ... -di2-2020/
Reach is 374 which is only 2mm longer than your list. Stack is 519.
If you get a little discount from MSRP,
strip the Hydraulic disc brake 105 components and sell it. Also sell wheels and etc. for maybe 100.
Then it end up costing less 2K. People in this board succesfully build this non hi-mod frameset to 6.8kg bike.

Why going this route?
Because where else will you find bike this small with trail value=58mm?
Cannondale managed to do this by using 55mm fork offset. It's not an option for most brands. Most other brands don't match the handling (trail number) of very small bikes with their intended handling of medium size.
Giant are great for medium to giant sizes. But for small sizes, it's a meh. They don't bother creating small size specific forks to make small bikes handle the same way as medium one.
