I want to call out the giant BMC logo. But I am very much leaning towards an SWorks SL7 and Specialzed is about the worst in splashing their name over every available surface.
It's actually not much larger than on the previus model. Just look at what Trek is doing, their bikes are basically huge logos on two wheels now... :unbelievable:

Got a slightly used Kickr v4 with Climb yesterday and it seems to work perfectly fine with a disc bike, thru-axles were no problem. Now awaiting a Kickr XDR body :-) Thanks!

Hello everyone.
I just finished building SLR FOUR on Shimano 205 and noticed there is no option to fit ICS stem so have cables fully internally. I was thinking you can buy ICS stem and just replace it with original but the fork is different to SLR01. Do anyone know If I am wrong and missing something ? The fork is round so I think you cannot only replace stem but fork as well. 😔

Hi, you are correct, the SLR01 and SLR are different bikes, with a different layup as well. The internal cable routing is only possible on BMC’s with a flat steerer, and every SLR01 has a flat steerer, and every SLR has a round steerer. Mounting the ICS stem is possible on both, but just because you have an ICS stem, does not mean that you can run cables through the bearings. If you’re set on running cables internally, I would sell the bike and buy and SLR01. But of course, an SLR01 starts at more than twice the price of the bike you have now..

Does anyone know if the Tacx Neo 2T is compatible with the new SLR01 2021? In their website they declare that is native for thru axel..

the 2T is native.. the issue is on BMC's side for being creative.

Found this and it looks like thru-axle with the 2T shouldn't be a problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWxvM89L6lo

However earlier in this thread I was recommended to go with Wahoo instead as Tacx has rubbing issues with disc brake bikes. I bought a Wahoo Kickr and it works very well, no problems at all.

Don't forget the XDR body if you use Sram AXS!

So the BMC TeamMachine SLR One comes with the wheelset called CRD-351 and the TeamMachine SLR01 Four comes with CRD-351 SL.

As I own a SLR one I've now stripped the CRD-351 wheelset down and it weights 1610 grams (with rim tape).

I switched to a 300 grams lighter 38mm wheelset and you can absolutely tell the difference.

Those will be nice! Should be ~ 1409 grams for the set. I can't put the money into such wheels so went with Aliexpress. Manufacturing was like 3.5 weeks from the order date and delivery approx 10 days.

If you own a BMC SLR01 2021 you don't have the same wheels. They're only shipped with the SLR One model. If you own the SLR01 Four you get the SL version of the wheels :-)
