Amazing build. Could you link to the inline seat post, I really need to get one? Thanks!rollinslow wrote: ↑Sun Jun 07, 2020 1:03 amLove the build. That crimson fork really goes well. Looks fast. What's the goal for how you're going to use this one?

Awesome ryanw...
btw has anyone yet tried to change/disassemble the headset of the newer versions?
This headset is the weak point of this frameset IMO...
now after some 5000k already getting a bit of indexing when centered and what i know, this headset is quite propietary with few, tiny, caged mini-balls
esp. on the lower...
any comments?

Did not know the SL sprint stem comes in -6, is it an older model or?HighburyTea wrote: ↑Fri Jul 17, 2020 11:36 am@GothicCastle thanks, yup great fun and super responsive...GothicCastle wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 1:30 pmReally nice. This must be a fun ride.
Are you running that stem -12?
It's a Zipp SL sprint sem (-6) on 2 cm spacers, working perfect for me

It was -17º in the pics, but have changed it this week to -12º and now more comfortable on longer rides. I was getting a little neck ache after long rides, none now.GothicCastle wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 1:30 pmReally nice. This must be a fun ride.

having ridden the three (in rims brakes versions , but discs are 99% the same )
no way i'm taking the allez sprint
(not updated except small cabling here and there, ovepriced and more expensive each year , not straight seatpost (I've had it 2 times ), headset you can only use their one wich is super expensive and poor quality , ride quality sucks , jarring ride with that fat seatpost )
Yes it's a nice criterium frame
but over my dead body
I'd take a custom caad13
or a standert kreissage
or even the new bowman
instead

Thansk for your inaccurate and rather silly comments.
We shall all go back to enjoying our cheap little runabouts.

Hi guys,
I am about to mount a carbon rails saddle on my Sprint, I was wondering about the torque required to tighten the clamps. I went up to 12nm on my aluminium rails saddle, but was thinking that might be too much for carbon.
Do you usually reduce the torque for saddle rails ?
