Hey,

So here is my wife and my own Tarmac SL6. They're both about 7kg, now that hers has just had some Dura Ace swapped onto it.

Mine
58cm in Blue
Dura Ace 9050 (9100 brakeset)
Nice bikes ;-)
Is there a reason for 9100 brakeset? I ask because I'm considering getting a set of Rovals CLX64s, and I'm not sure if they will fit (9010 brakeset, not 9110)
How's the wheel/brake clearance on your wife's bike?

BTW, my SL6 is the same color and size as yours ;-)
Hey,

The reason is i couldn't get a 9000 series set for my own bike at a reaonable price in the UK where as there was loads of 9100.

My wifes wheels are an older (2016-7 set of rovals so not as wide as modern ones, but on the 25mm wide Hunts i have there is loads of clearance on a 25mm tyre. you could happily get a 28 in there i reckon.
Pete

Does anyone know of some nice S-Works SL6 rim frame deals atm?
I found a good one from a German shop for size 56 (they have other sizes as well), but sadly it's disc!

Imaking20 are you still also riding the mint Tarmac disc? You seemed very high on it... Great looking build!

No, the disc frame is up for sale.

Very high on the SL6 - not so much on disc - hence the new frame above :)

PRO M Store from Italy has some nice deals.
I've just ordered an SL6 disc frame.

Mind I ask why the move back to rims?

That’s a fine looking build btw. Rim brakes look so much better (and that’s from someone who rides a disc SL6)
