I heard that the FRM Ti BB (135g) - I don't know the right word - turns as good as par example a Record BB, is this true?

I would say it's as smooth. I have an FRM CU2 BB in a bike that's now 5 years old, other than popping the seals off the bearings and cleaning/regreasing them once a year, I have not done anything to it (all I could do is fit new bearings anyway) and it's still smooth and sweet.
