All right, I've finally sourced all the parts and there will be updates in the coming weeks as the parts arrive.

More updates to come, but the finished product will look similar to this.

Upgrading the Speedplay Zero Cr-Mo pedals (left) to all titanium parts (right).
The titanium bits weigh 81 grams and the old parts weigh 161 grams. A saving of 80 grams right there!
Well, the weight of the frameset was a couple of hundred grams more than I expected and thus not suitable for a weight weenie-build. Currently the weight is about 6,7 kgs which is UCI-illegal and I am perfectly happy with that.
4979 grams is amazing! Congratz on the sub 5kg bike!
Many thanks, but sub 4.8kg. 4797g. .
Have you a pic with the new crank installed. ?
Unfortunately the seat post and clamp are so heavy that's why I went with the newer model so I could use a round post. I think my clamping system weighed 67g, that's more than my Darimo post and loop.
Either way they are a nice frame.

Oh, sorry about that, sub 4,8 kg is incredible!KCookie wrote: ↑Sat Jan 18, 2020 11:48 pmMany thanks, but sub 4.8kg. 4797g. .

Well, the THM Clavicula crank won't go on for a while. I use this bike for Zwift and I need the Power meter crank to complement my "dumb" trainer.
My clamping system for the 7x9 rails weighed 63 grams, which is a bit less than your 67 grams, but that's still an insane weight to add to an already heavy seatpost. It just doesn't make sense. :S
Yes unfortunately PMs for your crank are very expensive.
Will look good anyway once its installed. Any more thoughts on dropping weight in the future.
I stand corrected my clamp was 63.7g. Way to heavy for such an expensive frame.

Ready for the season! 6708 grams as seen here;
IMHO a LW frame just 'needs' LW wheels.
Agreed, and that was the plan, but I think the LW wheels are better suited on my Cervélo, which is significantly lighter, less aero, and just deserves the better LW wheels more;
My heavens...
The Cervelo may be the "weenie" of the pair but the Urgestalt might be my new favorite bike on this forum.

Thank you for the kind words!
