Nice! I'm thinking of the same setup. I see in the picture that you changed the crank arms to SI and the chainrings to the 8 arm spider. What was the weight saving with that? Do you have any information on the weight of the original stock crankset?
Is that a carbon 0mm offset seatpost?

The weight of the original Si crankset with FSA chainrings is around 785g. I think my Hollowgram Si with 8 arm spider weighs around 600g, so the saving for the Si plus spider has to be somewhere in between.

Picked up my new size 54 SuperSix Ev(enge)o this week. It was pretty much a complete strip of the Ultegra model. The finishing paint is amazing. The bike shop weighed it at 16.1 lbs without pedals or bottle cages. I figure with my Assioma Duos and 85g bottle cages, it's about 17 lbs. I will swap out the cassette that was on it and get the carbon seatpost.
So for what I swapped.
SWorks Aerofly II 42cm bars
Venge stem 120mm
Roval CL50s
SWorks Turbo RapidAir tires (28c)
Ultegra Di2 (shifters and derailleurs)
SM-RT 99 rotors, 160-140
Rotor Aldhu crankset (52x36 165mm)
Bontrager Aeolus Pro saddle
Seems like with a cassette upgrade, traditional stem, narrower tires, and lighter stem, sub 16 lbs would be likely.

The stock FSA chainrings weighed 270g, I swapped them out for 8 arm spiderrings at 207g on the stock SI arms so only 63g saved there but 10,000% faster looking

Yes the chainrings are KP408, I don't think the stock SSe3 arms are KP305 though. Although they are labelled SI I don't believe they are hollowgram, can any experts pitch in?

Finished the build, converting a 105 donor model to Ui2. Hovering at 7.4 ready to ride with 28s. Just need to trim the steerer and bleed the brakes again and its good to go. Very happy with the outcome
Here's the original pic with the crankarm

Stock crankarms is KP423 (I thought you changed them to KP305 but you didn’t), you only changed FSA chainrings to KP408 & save about 60g if I understand you correctly
