Did you buy a frameset only? or is it a full bike and you swapped out the wheels?
Full bike and swapped wheels. I wanted di2 ideally but be reet, I'd take da mech over anything but da di2

Not sure how the pro team did to Adam Yates bike with just 6.85 kgs in racing/riding condition. Incredible!

Weird, isn't it? Because I don't see anyone else achieving similar weights.

I would assume that the frame used by the Mitchelton Scott team is not the same frame as the pro frame sold to the public. If you compare the ultimate frameset and the pro frameset, the pro is rougly 80 g heavier. I would assume that the frame used by Mitchelton Scott is in fact an ultimate frame in pro disguise. Doesn't explain the measured weight differences entirely though.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Frame is the HMX-SL or an even "higher grade" carbon frame in disguise, nor if the paint in those bikes is some super high-tech one, like the one Pinarello and Ineos are using, like the F1 Cars... Ultralight paint can help you save some grams here and there. Also, they're running Tubular tires and wheels, which tend to be ever so slightly lighter...

Yep, paint alone is adding some 200 to 300gr

hum seems Tapatalk reduce the quality of pictures... here an extract of mydatabase.
Neither the last Addict or Izalco are really impressive comparing to quite older frames (Tarmac, SSe2 or Ultimate)
