What's he saying? One can imagine. He broke omerta and the team tried to smear him. It seems to be covered in the wikipedia page. It seems to go:

He got caught
He testified and implicated Fassa Bortolo in systematic doping
Fassa Bortolo tried to sue him and it was rejected
Fassa Bortolo appealed and that case was also rejected

Nothing super interesting, don't expect an Hamilton book kinda story.
One episode is about him having to test a new product at an event, got a strong bad reation to it while still at hotel, team didn't know how to handle while he was begging to be brought to hospital.
Only hours later they brought him to hospital and gave away gadgets to the hospital staff to try to keep things quiet.
Finally when he got better the manager, Ferretti, asked the talk to his manager because they weren't sure to keep him due to the bad reaction to this new product.

In most posts goes on blaming the main sponsor Fassa for knowing everything, and the manager Ferretti for treating him like garbage and not being the "steel man" he's used to being nicknamed.
A funny episode is about Frigo being in a breakaway, and his team mate Belli chasing him behind; after the stage apparently Ferretti told him "I should have paid Belli for not chase you" and he was like "...........what?".

More relevant, or at least with more emphasis than others before him, he's writing/saying what is and was already clear in (actually any) sport and doping:
athletes are just the last link of a long chain, the "easy replaceable" link...if the sport has no will to change the main/upper "links" (doctors, sport directors, managersetc etc) whom are pasturing for decades in sport, nothing really changes ...out a cyclist, in another one under the control of the same doctors, managers, DS and the show goes on.

SRAM all the way for Movistar.

How do you say "AAAHHH, F*CKING SRAM!!!!" in Spanish? Or is it one of those phrases that everyone knows and says in English?

Sunweb has S5 and TT bikes with discs, Jumbo used them already, UAE will ride mostly rim brakes.
yes, I think Ineos will be the only one
