all day long
Easton has made progress with their hubs etc
But Campagnolo has finally a really aero designed rim and it's an overall win for the quality , finish etc

ETRTO standards state that 19mm width can handle up to a 62mm width tire. I would guess that in practical terms 19 is just fine for anything up to a light gravel tire, easily more than just cross tires. Aero concerns may or may not dictate a wider rim, depending on how important that is to you and who wrote the article shaping your opinion. Trendiness may weigh in on the side of a ‘wider is more betterer’ type of concept.

Hi... quick question here before I receive my wheels later today and install the tubeless tyres...Lugan wrote:Did it myself. I installed Schwalbe Pro One 23c tubeless on WTO 60s. They measure 26.0 mm inflated. Install went perfectly, including tires not being too hard to mount, beads seating easily, and the system holding air immediately. Rode the wheels briefly, and wow, they are stiff and responsive, though the tubeless tires pumped to a little less pressure than with tubes take the edge off nicely. Great initial experience in every way.
Do you need to install any rim tape when using tubeless tyres and sealant?

Are there many riding Campa wheels running Shimano and Sram?
I just can't mix those brands, but i looked at them.
I suspected rims with 19mm internal will not make a 25 tire work on a frame + fork that handles maximum 25mm.
Overhere it was campaign 25% off, now it's a price of the week 20% off.
That's rather generous for a new model. I think the Boras cost more now.

Yep - Dura-Ace with WTO's. Love them both.
Campy wheels, shimano groupset, rotor cranks - need to squeeze some SRAM on there somewherewheelsONfire wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 8:18 amAre there many riding Campa wheels running Shimano and Sram?

They're probably nice wheels, but they would impose some issues for me.kevinw wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 9:12 amCampy wheels, shimano groupset, rotor cranks - need to squeeze some SRAM on there somewherewheelsONfire wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 8:18 amAre there many riding Campa wheels running Shimano and Sram?

Haha... I've got a Bianchi XR4 with Shimano Di2 groupset, Bora wheels (previously Fulcrum) and a Specialized Power Arc saddle.kevinw wrote:Campy wheels, shimano groupset, rotor cranks - need to squeeze some SRAM on there somewherewheelsONfire wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 8:18 amAre there many riding Campa wheels running Shimano and Sram?

I'm trying to keep as much as possible made in EU. Not a slap on sticker, but truly made in EU.DudeCrush wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 1:45 pmHaha... Managed to get, frame, seatpost, handlebar, bottle cages current and new (incoming) wheelset made in EU.
Couldn't swallow that fact that Campa wheels should be mixed with something not Campa.

I'm ok with interracial marriage: DA 9000 group with Bora WTO 60 on an Argon 18 Nitrogen Pro. I put the DA on the bike originally, and now 3-4 years later, I added the WTO wheels because they were the best choice from a performance and compatibility point of view for that particular bike and how/where/when I ride it.wheelsONfire wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 8:18 amAre there many riding Campa wheels running Shimano and Sram?
