The Emonda is indeed a sail.

Next years model is not going to change much. Maybe 2021?

The Emonda also looks very weird, is it just me that thinks it looks like it hit a wall head on a few times? I don't know if it's the headtube shape or the old school curved fork but from the side, it looks like the headtube angle is over 80° or something. I wonder what the studying of the brand of philosophy of aesthetics science would say...

It's the H2 geo I think? H1 Emondas look less like a pooping dog and I wonder how much that extra ~3cm of stack height hurts in terms of aerodynamics.

It was a MY2016 yes so announced in 2015.

Weird that Cannondale would compare with the BMC Roadmachine and not the direct parallel Teammachine.

I wondered too, a typo in a non-final white paper document? Although the Teammachine is probably not that much more aero than the Roadmachine, probably just helped by a shorter headtube...

Funnily enough BMC just released an updated Roadmachine which is supposed to be a bit more aero than before. I actually wouldn't be surprised if the old one was more aero than the new Teammachine (hour glass HT vs huge round HT, squared off DT vs. completely oval DT, lower seat stays, more bladed fork, etc). Still though, they should know better and compare with its direct competitor.

We already know that from the leak. They weight the same as previous model. So more than the Wilier.

We already know that from the leak. They weight the same as previous model. So more than the Wilier.

To be taken by a pinch of salt... compare confirmed SSe weights with claimed weights. I would be extremely surprise the Willier is really sub 800g (or raw carbon, free of all jewellery and small size...)

Nice find on the chart. If it’s real then does that mean the SL6 disc is like half a pound lighter? I would find that hard to believe. But I guess we’ll find out soon enough.

Edit: never mind I was including seatpost in my HM math. Just frame and fork the claimed HM 56 weight is 117g heavier than SL6 56 weight.

Addict 2020 and Wilier zero SLR are better in terms of cables integration, weight and looks IMHO.
