I get my eye poked out for saying this, but Pinarello seems to be trying to push boundaries while Colnagos C64 is an old old tech to make frames.
So if you look for modern tech with lots of money behind research, Pinarello no question!
Bikes:

Ax Lightness Vial EVO Race (2019.01.03)
Open *UP* (2016.04.14)
Paduano Racing Fidia (kind of shelved)

Ex bike; Vial EVO D, Vial EVO Ultra, Scott Foil, Paduano ti bike.

If they were the last two bikes on earth, I'd pick the Colnago but thankfully we're not at that point so I'm with MyM3Coupe...

I’m on a colnago now (rim brake) but should I go disc, I would go with the pinarello. The most handlebar is so sexy.

Define "BEST" and define what you are looking for, how, where you ride. There is not necessarly a blanket response that fit all the cases and all the riders.

I looking for a multi-purpose bike, for climb and for plain.

I mean best for tecnlogy, constructive method, features, carbon fiber, design, engineering ..

Personally, I'd go for the bike with the best ride quality so I'd probably lean towards the C64. Having a C59 and loving the ride and having read very positive reviews about the C64, I think it would be a solid choice.

I've never ridden an F12 so I'd never consider it until I've had a test ride but I've read about harsh riding on the F8.

The main downside of the Colnago C series is the watts lost to the lack of aero so you have to decide if that factors into your riding.

Can't go wrong with either bike. Buy the one that fits you best and is more aesthetically pleasing.

I have the previous generation, C60 and F10.
Both are very good but very different!! The F10 only delivers a stunning behavior above 35 km/h for example.

The fact that you think there is a “best” bicycle is...humorous.
