I’ve also played around with the distance between the top pulley and COG (with quarter turn tightening of the screw). For each quarter turn increase, I then restart from scratch (detach tension cable etc... reset starting point).. Increased the pulley distance from around 5mm to point there was around 6.5mm distance and same outcome regardless of the distance.

Any chance you take a pic of the top pulley alignment with the smalll CoG from the rear? I’m curious whether there is a slight inward angle. And curious how much space you’ve set between the COG and top pulley. Thanks
