Good call @ paranorml 100% the 007-D now that I look at them side by side.

Does anyone know what Open Mould bike branded "Nove" that Phil Gaimon is riding?

Looks to be a Lightcarbon 007-D
Or a Yishun 007.

Has anyone seen the new frame Yoeleo just released? Looks to only come in disc brakes.

Build complete for a Velobuild VB-R-086.

Image

7kg (including pedals/bottlecages/wahoo mount)

Original plan was to use Bontrager directmount brakes, but rear brake doesn't work on this frame :

So went for the Shimano Ultegra 8010 brakes.

Looks like the rear brake cable may extend out from frame to rub against your leg as you pedal?

What’s your thoughts on it? Why did you go for that frame over any of the other options mentioned on here? Cheers

How much do velobuild charge to have a frame painted in one colour like that?

Hi Weenies,

I am considering treating myself a TanTan TT-X1 / TT-X8 (as far as I can tell, the only difference is the brake system - normal vs direct mount). I will need a size L.

I would be very happy to hear from owners if the geometry measurements on the website are correct, any experiences with their custom paint option, general ride feel and quality. If anybody can post a picture of a Size L build up, that would be awesome :)

Thanks

Christian

I wanted direct mount brakes and the geometry of this frame is perfect for me. (54cm frame)
Only issue is the seatpost which is slipping down.
Had the same issue with my other velobuild frame (gravel frame) will be sorted but things like this is why they are chaeper than known brands ;)

50 dollar for 1 color (I gave Chris the paintcode)

Good value thanks for the info!
About the seat post it's such a common problem. Do you know the best way to fix it and if not please post when you find out.

Very nice. What are the advantages of direct mount brakes? More clearance?

Anyone knows if the swiss brand ARC8 is actually an OEM frame? If yes where can one get one? Thanks!

Or a Yishun 007.
The Nove Aero rim brake frame is a Yishun R006-V. I like the look of the geometry but Nove charge over $2k for it.
You need to order a minium of 10 to order from Yishun directly. Does anyone know a Yishun re-seller with more reasonable prices?

edit: yoeleo sell it as the R6, still slightly above my price point.
