Interesting that it weighs much heavier than advertised. Doesn't seem characteristic of Extralite. They're claiming 14.8g but we're seeing real-world weights of 20+g, which is a shame considering how easy it is to obtain computer mounts that are sub 20g.

^ maybe they are not counting the stem interface brackets... because those would be there regardless if you had a outfront mount or not.

This page claims 15g weight difference:
CH-01 adds only 14.8g to the total assembly and does not need any additional part.
I wonder if the mount is sturdy enough to hang a light from it.

Mine was 21.0g on the nose.

It's very sturdy.

95.9g total with a 110mm HyperStem.

That's likely what's happening. @ryanw or wannabeweenie: do you have handy the weight of the 2 stem brackets?

Unfortunately not. They can preattached and I didn't bother unscrewing them.

Didn't you have to remove to original 2 brackets to attach the new one?
