New Enve 3.4 AR announced today.
https://www.enve.com/en/products/ses-3-4-ar/
Only thing i'm wondering is why they don't adopt the new UST standard as that's the standard the industry as a group decided on a few weeks back? Also Mavic the originator of the UST standard owns ENVE.
The statement it's for Tubeless tires only..... BUT with the exception bugs me.
GP 5000 TL and the Vittorias are pending testing....

Mavic doesn’t own ENVE. Amer Sports does, and has been trying to sell both ENVE and Mavic in recent months. Last month they reached an agreement to sell Mavic, but hadn’t yet found a buyer for ENVE. And with ENVE’s recent issues it could be a tough sale. Amer Sports itself may be purchased by a large Chinese company.
Things have gone very quiet on the recent issue of ENVE blaming the tire companies for tire failures on their rims.

I suspect that hookless as it's a hybrid rim... can go super big tires but also run 28's....
I just thought anything larger would be in the realm of the G series.

Why is hookless for the road even a thing??
Good thing is, they won't cut any tires

Significantly lighter than 4.5 AR.
Thickened up the hooks as well so perhaps a better aero match with tyres that are labelled 28 but inflate bigger.
I think they need to get some testing done with the aforementioned new tubeless tyres ASAP but overall looks like a good new addition.

I wonder how sales are going on $2600 wheelsets.
I'm sure they'll sell a metric shit ton of them. I had no problems selling Enve 3.4 rim brake models for $3100+ a few years ago.
