And here's the unnecessary bling I've been waiting on. Time to strip the post now!

@Imaking20: Permission to post (1 post only) some pics of the white Dogma I mentioned eariler in this thread? I did some work on it yesterday in getting it ready for a trip down south... took some pics. Don't really want to create a separate thread for it but one post in your thread might be fine, but only if you agree.

Edit: Nevermind, I had way too many pics to clutter your thread up. I just created a separate thread, one post. By the way, did the Classic bars end up being too low at the hoods for you, or why did you swap them out? And what kind were they?

I wouldn't have minded the photo - my progress has been slow as I'm waiting for that bottom bracket (which is now supposed to arrive tomorrow - eeek!)

The drop on the classic bars actually ended up being fine. I still think they look a little funny - but mostly I yanked them because I remembered how much I don't like round bar tops. They're 40cm Rotundo LTD... That I need to get around to listing.

The bottom bracket arrived today and I was able to get the bike thrown together after finishing up the work day. Fortunately, about an hour (of annoying Ryan) later, there was a break in the rain and I was able to walk over to the park to grab a few photos. Less fortunately, when I got to the park I realized the battery in my DSLR was dead. D'oh! So hoofed it back to the house to grab the Powershot. Not the best depth (because I haven't yet taken the time to learn the settings on this little guy) but I think the scenery helps to offset where I'm lacking!

And the moment probably none of you have been waiting for!!!..... the build sheet...

The weight goal was to end up under 5.8kg so I'm pretty stoked to hit that.

Well it's not replacing a bike, it's supplementing, so life expectancy is a good bit higher. Its also probably in the top 3 bikes I've owned in terms of comfort, so I think it's safe.

Absolutely awesome build. What bar tape did you use, because it's a lot lighter than the Fizik tape I used on my Emonda, and I like how it looks.

BTW, the chainlink is a bad background to shoot on, because it makes it harder to see the bike, but the straight-on shot is sweet.

How do you like the Carbonworks cages? Any issues? I have Tune Wasserträger cages currently but they're heavier and don't fit every shape of bottle.
