That's really nicely done funkyb.

And damn.. 61cm frame with long seatpost right at extension limit? You 200cm+?
Thanks!

It has a tad more post if it needed to go up. I'm 6'5" / 195cm.

funkyb... that probably one of the best looking (large) bikes I've ever seen.. usually 61cm bikes look alot worse.. very well done !

Also changed the stock blue logos to a rose gold with vinyl.
That looks stellar... well done.

I traced it, vectored it in Illustrator, and then cut in on my plotter. I usually do that on all my bikes due to not liking the stock colors, and disliking having the exact same thing as other people.
I did the same with my BOB S-Works Tarmac SL5. I had some special vinyl printed with the same design used for my team's jersey and then cut the logos

Lovely bike, funky. Really. What frame set is that? It looks more blue than the one that looks similar on their web page, which looks more purple.

@Torbjorn, It's the Gloss Chameleon / Cyan Blue. It's blue when you look at it dead on, and when you catch it at an angle or in the shade, you can see the purple pop out.

How do you perform these logo modifications?

Yes I really want to know this as well. Any/all info would be highly appreciated (or new thread)

This is my process...

1. Lay clear transfer backing, tracing paper, or anything that you can see through over the frame. Make sure it will not move.

2. Use a thin black marker (like a micron, thin point sharpie, etc.) and trace the logo. I use a soft ruler to bend with the curve of the tube and give me the most precise line possible. If you’re feeling frisky, and are pretty talented with illustrator, you can freehand it all.

3. Remove paper from frame, and scan into computer.

4. Vector over the logo, I usually add 1pt. outline or go just a little past my stencil lines to make sure it covers the logo on the first try. (The logos are never accurate, they’re always warped to hell when they’re applied to the frame at the factory. But it’s a good starting point to have the logo in a .ai or .eps format just to have a little bit of a head start).

*side note - if anyone needs specialized logos, sworks, etc. I have all of them from my time working there. Same goes for roval logos on wheels.

5. Cut via vinyl plotter.

6. Apply to frame.

I'm a new member and not allowed to send you a pm @funkyb, but I would love to have the the s-works vector graphs for the SL6 Disc I've just ordered.

Maybe best to upload to Mega or something and share since we all want it. Thanks.

@funkyb Sir, you're making me question choosing the Venge instead of Tarmac... I'm 201cm myself and my fit is pretty similar; the frame looks superb (I dig it much more than the new Sagan) and the addition of gold only spices things up ~
