More stack, less reach...

First world problems.
I am having a hard time finding off the shelf disc frames that offer enough height in the front end that don't have correlating gorilla reach. Would be appreciative of any suggestions for (ideally) 620-630 ish stack frames that keep the reach to 39-41.
I tried the RoadMachine 01. Nice bike but the front end felt flexy. I assumed it was the flattened steerer that was not as rigid as full round. Not much else to try. I was thinking custom but I can't get into a decent build for <$7.5k and I was 'trying' to keep the budget closer to $6k.
Am I stuck w/Canyon?

What does Ridley look like? They always have long head tubes. Or what about a custom setup from someone like Stinner?
Unfortunately not with not endurance or standard bikes. The Giant stack is 210 if I recall correctly. I demoed an Emonda and I didn’t like it. Likely could have had more to do with the crappy tune.
I like the look of Ridley Fenix SLX disc but don’t see it offered (CC has them but old model with crap build) in the US.
Ideally, I’d find a standard bike with a compact or semi compact geo to keep weight down and stiffness up.
Back to Altum disc? But that build puts me well over $7k with di2 Ultegra and just decent wheels.

Get a custom Sarto. The upcharge for custom geometry is reasonable.

A defy xl is 624/398
A synapse 61cm is 640/402
Could even get a curve spirit ti 632/403
I don’t think your stack/reach requirements really necessitate a custom geo
Chasse patate
Thiswill work and is a decent buy at ~$6300 w/Ultegra di2 to my door. But, not available until end of year though.

Cyclocross, in general, is about riding the wrong bike for the conditions.
