Stumbled over that frameset on the bay. A quick look at the Extreme Power geometry chart told me that I can definitely make it fit without looking odd, so I pulled the trigger. Well this is the result and I managed to get almost the exact same fit as on my C60 in size 61. I‘ve only done one quick test ride so far but it felt awesome already. Extremely stiff as you‘d expect it to be.
I know the WX02 paint job isn‘t for everyones taste and it never even was close to my favorites from Colnago but I have to say it really grew on me the more I thought about that frame. To be honest, the „Made in Italy“ letters alone were an argument that justified buying it.
I try to provide you guys with some more information, weight and hopefully good quality pictures. In the meantime here she is on her maiden voyage.

That looks great Lorne! Not gangly or farm gateish at all. Nice find.

Fantastic bike! Nothing to change.
Always wanted an Extreme Power or Extreme-C, but never found the right frame.

First of all, thanks for the compliments guys! Took her out for another ride and I'm quite impressed how well it performs. I just love how you feel power transmission in such a direct way. Only thing I have to change are the tires. 25mm Corsas in combination with the new wider rim of the Zondas just don't leave you with enough clearance for pebbly roads. No problems on neat and dry roads however. For now I just wanted to share the build list real quick before I'm trying to give a little more in depth look at some points and provide you with some good qualitiy pictures. In my other build threads I've always promised to make better pictures and then never get to it but this time that thing went to the studio! Therefore a shoutout goes out to a buddy of mine who took the pictures and who also calls a beautiful Extreme C his own, which hopefully will be showcased here sooner or later because I tried to convince him to join WW
Now the build list:

Thanks Cal, I think when people hear size 63 most of them will automaticly think of a farm gatish bike. But with the geometry of the Extreme Power in size 63 being not that far away from a C60 in size 61, it was clear that I can make it work without looking walloping. The -17 stem also does play an important role here as well.

My Italian lady really was happy to see a picture of her cousin, after all this years!

So good! The colour scheme is actually really nice I think. One thing I would alter though is the bar angle, just enough that the bottom of the drop is parallel with the top tube.
