The ditching of the traditional sizes has to do with the construction method used for the upper part of the bike (seat tube-top tube-seatstays ).The market for traditional sizes is (unfortunately)too small to justify the investment. On the other hand, it will give a more homogeneous result on the ride characteristics across the size range. Plus,it will allow more "modern" clamp mechanism to be used.

Ok... so not really anything to do with the frame however.

The C64 Fabio Aru is riding is equipped with a Deda Zero100 stem and Superleggera handlebar. Its unlikely that a stem and handlebar are part of the C64's new technology and was only used for the launch video. The most significant changes in the C64 appear to be in the design of the V2-R style seat and chain stays which can be seen in the launch video. The C64 looks like a small evolution of the C60.

Had a look at the V2-R and that's the same stem I think. It's not a one-piece, just has that jazzy look to it. Referred only as 'Colnago Carbon' in the spec sheet. It's paired with a Deda Super Zero bar. Quite nice actually, good looking bit of kit.
Oh well, thought Colnago were going to go full aero-speek on the C60 marketing. Quite shocked earlier when I saw that, doesn't really fit the C60's philosophy.
Colnago have developed an integrated stem bar though, but it's not one piece. Don't think this is the same one in the video, looks more like the V2-R's.
