On the advice of Frankie B.............

What do people use for a decent computer and HRM nowadays. I use an old Rolex for basic time keeping but am thinking it would be nice if I could see more trends in my training.

Advice please!!

I have used the Polar M56 and S150.

After you get used to your HR it's easy to predict.
I use it more for my Max so I can monitor my performance. The lower my max the better my fitness
I record the average so I can push for a higher Ave in the following ride.

We should create a thread on HRM training.
