Hey, so I've been off the bike for at least 4-5 years.
Not been here for a very long time.
Been building wheels and doing some studying, but not riding at all (ok, maybe 50km a month max)
Luckily I've got a few months off before my next round of legal studies, so I decided to pull the bike down from the workshop storage and throw a bucket of water over it.
I've been reading the posts on the road and training sections and have to really thank you guys for stoking up some enthusiasm and getting my head sorted towards riding again (and losing 7-8 kg!!).
I'd be a fool to say I don't have much work to do before anything that resembles any kind of 'form'
Got myself a new bike built up (pics to come) and done a decent bit of riding in the last couple of weeks.
Just...... THANKS! for getting me going again. ;)

Tikka is back as well?!
I haven't spoken to that nipper for years!
Last time I saw him we were bombing the Col d'Iseran together.........with added beer and partying.
