2017:

5 sec - 1315W / 17.77 w/kg
1 min - 668w / 9.03 w/kg
5 min - 433w / 5.85 w/kg
20 min - 339w / 4.58 w/kg
60 min - 284w / 3.84 w/kg

Quarq Riken on the MTB, Powertap G3 on the road. 74kg at the moment, hopefully I'll be able to get that down a little bit once I'm done comfort eating my way through exams.

Pretty sure my 20 minute max is a lot higher, but I haven't done any efforts of that length this year - all my testing so far has been through ramp tests - last FTP came out as 341w.
Kind of shows the riding that I've been doing this year - a lot more work on the mountain bike, much more focused on XC race specific intervals rather than looking at FTP the main indicator of fitness. Managed 1100TSS last week without touching the road bike, crammed in to about 12 hours riding time - absolutely knackered now!

by underestimating your FTP, or doing lots and lots and lots of intervals (the former is much more likely)

2017 data, mix of turbo and road. 69kg.

5 sec: 942W (13.65 W/Kg)
1 min: 495W (7.17 W/Kg)
5 min: 340W (4.92 W/kg)
20 min: 280W (4.05 W/kg)
60 min: 250W (3.62 W/kg)

Been riding with power since last October, trained on Zwift all winter then back on road in Spring. I don't race but like to push myself to ride hard and improve. Not sure how my numbers shape up but am looking for improvements over the summer.

Few more little numbers, not tested full range, all in the last couple of weeks as the form really comes ready for the champs.

@61.5kg

MAP 451 (was a little bit tired thou)

30s - 856 W
60s 680 (road traffic got in the way, recon 700 W is more than doable, will give it another go)
3 min, 5s 500 W
9:12 412 W

*all done on local climbs low ish gradient.

Been happy with the way the shorter efforts sub 300 s have come on this season, considering my injury this year which required a lot of physio/rehab.
Body fat is lowest is been, will get in the bodpod again next week. I have another heat chamber session, then 2-3 session in the altitude chamber.
MTB Rider.
