3 Minute: 502w - 7.5w/kg -> KOM Attempt

Latest data from last hour long race on Zwift:

FTP - 312w (3.39w/kg)
20 min - 314w (3.41w/kg)
5 min - 345w (3.75w/kg)
2 min - 391w (4.25w/kg)
1 min - 495w (5.38w/kg)
30" - 703w (7.64w/kg)
15" - 1,052w (11.43w/kg)
5" - 1,213w (13.18w/kg)
Peak - 1,686w (18.32w/kg)

I'm 32 and pretty unfit ATM and being 92kg doesn't help my w/kg!

Been road cycling for the past 2 years and dropped from 107kg (weight lifter & rugby player, not a fatty).

Now weighing 88kg and upped my following (however, FTP has dropped from 333w):

FTP - 312w (3.39w/kg) 320w (3.64w/kg)
20 min - 314w (3.41w/kg) 341w (3.88w/kg)
5 min - 345w (3.75w/kg) 415w (4.72w/kg)
2 min - 391w (4.25w/kg) 489w (5.56w/kg)
1 min - 495w (5.38w/kg) 699w (7.94w/kg)
30" - 703w (7.64w/kg) 921w (10.47w/kg)
15" - 1,052w (11.43w/kg) 1,233w (14.01w/kg)
5" - 1,213w (13.18w/kg) 1,592w (18.10w/kg)
Peak - 1,686w (18.32w/kg) No change (19.16w/kg)
SL8 S-Works Project Black - 6.29kg

At the end of 2016 I got rid of my powermeter and focused on just going out and enjoying the ride. No head unit, nada. I got a SRM a couple weeks ago. Haven't done any targeted efforts but here's the comparison from 2016 PRs to samplings from group rides (mostly at 70kg):

..........2016..............2017-08
5s......16.35w/kg......12.54w/kg
30s....12.27..............9.51
1m.....10.06.............7.67
5m.....5.53...............5.36
10m...4.96...............4.92
20m...4.51...............4.01
60m...4.14
90m...3.97

Do you really think your numbers have gone down that much or you just haven't had the focused efforts for the durations people care about?

I think my sub 1m numbers are lower. I think 5m and higher is all up though. I did a 17 min climb a month ago (without power) that I usually use for power testing and set a PR by a decent amount. My previous PR was 333w at 70kg so I'm guessing since I was a bit overweight that morning at 73kg, absolute power was probably in the high 340 range. I'll do a 20 min "test" on the Donut ride on Saturday. Shooting for 5w/kg.

To be more precise it's on the kickr but the power come from the Quarq.
I have to find a long straight road or climb near me, no easy task :)
