That is a more complete picture, imo. The truth of your fitness is the longer durations.

3.12w/kg FTP in June '18. Training with power and losing 8lbs resulted in this.

Strava power curve from the last 7 months:
5s: 13.54w/kg (1134w)
1m: 6.08 (483w)
5m: 4.06 (322w)
20m: 3.56 (283w)
1h: 3.16 (251w)
2h: 2.82 (224w)
3h: 2.57 (204w)
4hr: 2.52 (200w)
5hr: 2.46 (195w)

50 years old, 5'10"/177cm, 173lbs/78.5kg.
Last FTP update was Oct at 270w during an interval set, Strava, Xert and GC estimate it at 280w/3.56w/kg and my interval performance reflects that as well.

works in the industry

50y old
1.75m, 62kg

Values from last 42 days:

5sec: 962W
60sec: 526W
2min: 435W
5min: 368W
10min: 329W
20min: 300W

Despite my age and lots of sweet spot work, I find my 20min (and longer) power to be a bit on the low side compared to the shorter stuff.

Wow that's impressive.

I'm 24y old, 1,77m, somewhere between 61 and 62kg and hardly able deliver as much power

This season (vs. peak form last summer, both assuming 62kg)

5s: 1094w / 17,65w/kg (1212 / 19,55)
1min: 551 / 8,89 (641 / 10,34)
5min: 371 / 5,98 (395 / 6,37)
20min: 299 / 4,63 (316 / 5,08)

5s-5min values are from the last 7days, the last 20min test was in mid january. Such a shame that the season here in Switzerland is halted, I never thaught to be that fit in mid march

Looks like you haven't really killed yourself on a 60s effort in the past 2 months? Everything else is in line with a rouleur/all-rounder power curve.

Mine at 62-64kg:
5sec 1064W
15sec 904W
1min 555W
2min 410W
5min 333W
20min 299W

Wow, so many great efforts!
Took up road cycling a year ago, and got pretty obsessed.
I am: 25 years of age, 190cm tall, and weigh 71kg.
My best efforts are:
5 seconds: 1102w
1 minute: 606w
4 minutes 10 seconds: 414 watts
20 minutes: 325 watts
45 minutes 11 seconds (my longest ever all out effort): 313 watts.

I think this is called "puncheur".
Cervelo P5 Disc (2021) 9.1kg
Factor Ostro Gravel (2023) 8.0kg
S-Works SL8 (2023) 6.3kg

*weights are race ready, size 58/L.
