Now, VeloStage, could you perhaps simply post your blog as a signature and contribute & participate to this site elsewhere?
A thread that constantly just points towards your blog will eventually get marked as spam, just giving you a head's up.

Yes, I am starting to feel abit spammy now. I'd like to thank the moderators/Admin for letting this thread still be alive. I will continue to post/read this forum as it is the only forum I've found with good training advice. We have got over 500 views from this site, so thanks alot.

Mods, please close this thread to stop me posting anymore on it, cheers.
