I'm 6'3" and 74kg. Am I fat? Does my bum look big in this?

I take a multivitamin, whey protein, casein protein, MRP's and I'm currently thinking of incorporating glutamine, glucosamine, and fish oils into my supplement list.

I do more than bike.
I'm a hurdler, I lift weights, I run xc, and I also play baseball.
I really don't know why you assume that I'm on a "capsule diet"
That's a pretty pathetic assumption. I aught to slap you silly
But honestly, I do more competitive activity then most so these supplements keep me in operatable shape. Also, for a busy student, its hard to get all my nutritional needs in whle food form.
