What is everyone weighing in at?

A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

Diet is as clean as possible, counting calories and watching macros in my fitness pal. 575 hours of training per year. With lots of accountability Buddies for both working out and nutrition.

Aiming for 64kg by mid May ahead of peak fitness in July for the Etape. I am finding using a calorie counting app again helpful, if only to highlight how bad some of the things I thought of as healthy are..

I'll have to check back in May to see if I manage it..

Hit my 64kg target today albeit I think I was a little dehydrated. Another week or so until I retest FTP but should be a 10-15% increase in that period too as already seen a 7.5% increase in my last test.

Lift 3 times a week. Pedal 4-5 days. I was climbing 2-4 days a week prior to an accident in December. Hoping to get back to that soon.
