172cm and around 54kg morning weight. Have seen 52.7kg post-ride recently (not particulaly dehydrated). Am going to try and push down to 52-51kg later this year.

Nibali won the Tour at ~64-66kgs at my height so there's room to gain for me, but I've found that gaining good weight is a lot harder than gaining bad weight

geez some of you guys are crazy skinny! and props to a few older guys in great shape based on the stats. I am new to this cycling world (not even 90 days yet) and its been eye opening how often and how many miles everyone goes each week or month.
