The zeros are not included only on Garmin and no one else sees it. I do my analyzing on intervals which obviously shows zeros and Strava is also showing zeros but whatever. I will do me and you do you.

I wish intervals.icu made phone apps. It's a great platform; just a little fiddly to have to go to the site after each run/ride. The run vs ride load is tricky but with running I think it helps to have a watch that measures "power". I have a Forerunner 165 that does it and it's pretty cool. GC is great too but the setup and learning curve is steep. And I don't think it looks at running data. I pretty much gave up on it when I got a new laptop as I just didn't want to go through the setup again.
