SIM VS ERG on Rouvy App

Hi all,

Using Rouvy and I'm trying to use the same mode on both mine and my wife's trainer and can't seem to find a way to do it.

Choosing an interval workout from Rouvy's own library done on a AR route:

My Kickr V5 is set on ERG and I can't find a way to set it on SIM mode, and...

My wife's Tacx Flux S is set on SIM mode and we can't find a way to set it on ERG mode

Any help appreciated. Thanks

Thanks! I've emailed Rouvy and learned 2 things:

1. Rouvy is ALWAYS on ERG (in training mode)
2. There's a sweet spot on a Tacx Neo trainer to use in ERG, and if you are out that Sweet Spot the trainer doesn't respond to the power asked by the App (being it Rouvy or any other), which is a PITA

Yes all cycling apps use erg
For workouts it’s steps and you have aim erg for routes.
